10 years at JustONE!
Today we are celebrating an amazing milestone for one of our Support Workers.
Dawn Turner has now been at JustONE for 10 Years! This amazing achievement shows the determination and caring nature of Dawn. Over the course of the last 10 years Dawn has worked with a range of individuals ranging from brain injuries and muscular dystrophy to dementia.
Dawn started at JustONE in 2010 following a career break to have children and states that she has loved every minute of working at JustONE. Dawn came to JustONE having already completed her NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care and is currently completing her level 3.
Dawn’s managers describe Dawn as “incredibly passionate, caring, and friendly. She has been a pleasure to manage over the course of her career and we hope she never leaves!”

Why become a support worker?
It’s a very rewarding job. I’ve loved every minute of working here over the last 10 years. It is a very emotional job with lots of ups and downs but it is 100% worth it.

JustONE are an extremely supportive company to work for. They take their employee’s wellbeing extremely seriously. Unfortunately, I have struggled with my mental health in the past and JustONE offered me so much support throughout this, I am extremely grateful for this, they worked it around me which was great.
